Also observe the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for recording personal data. Local municipal / building authority permits may be needed for external installation or cabling.

Returns accepted if product arrives defective, wrong model, or damaged during transit. Must notify within 7 days of receipt. After verification, we may replace or repair. Items returned due to buyer’s change of mind may incur restocking fees if accepted.
