How can I become a reseller or installer with your company?

Do you provide technical training / certification for installers?

Yes, we run periodic training sessions for authorized installers / partners covering product installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Certification may be required to maintain warranty / support privileges.

Support & spare parts availability

Yes, we provide spare parts / accessories (power supplies, cables, connectors, etc.) For older / end-of-life models, parts may be limited.

What is your lead time for orders?

Depends on stock availability. Usually business days for in-stock items. Custom or special orders may take longer (e.g. 2–4 weeks).

Do you provide installation / commissioning services?

We can connect you with certified installers; optionally we may offer on-site commissioning support / supervision (depending on location). Charges for installation are separate unless explicitly included.

Do I need any license or permit to import / sell / install CCTV / access control?

Usually, business registration (SSM) is needed. For certain products (e.g. wireless frequencies, biometric data processing) additional approvals / compliance may be required. Also observe the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for recording personal data. Local municipal / building authority permits may be needed for external installation or cabling.

Data privacy / GDPR / PDPA compliance

If video recording / identity verification is involved, you must comply with Malaysian PDPA (or relevant law), obtain necessary consent, secure stored data, and ensure firmware / software security.

Does equipment need to be certified / registered as a medical device or otherwise?

Generally no, unless the product is used in a medical environment. But note that some accessories / modules may be regulated.

How is delivery arranged?

We deliver via courier / freight forwarder. Shipping cost depends on volume, weight, and destination. For large / heavy shipments, freight charges will apply.

Do you ship nationwide / outstation?

Yes, we ship all over Malaysia (Peninsular + East Malaysia). For outstation and remote areas, additional transport charges and longer lead time may apply.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted if product arrives defective, wrong model, or damaged during transit. Must notify within 7 days of receipt. After verification, we may replace or repair. Items returned due to buyer’s change of mind may incur restocking fees if accepted.

What happens if the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival)?

We will replace DOA units upon receipt of proof (photos, video) within a specified period (e.g. 7 days).

What kind of technical support is provided?

Phone / email / WhatsApp support. Possibly remote assistance for configuration. On-site support for larger customers (for a fee or under support contract).

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Yes, for certain models or brands, a minimum quantity may apply to get distributor / reseller prices.

Prices are set by the distributor; changes may occur due to currency fluctuations, import costs. Contact sales for more details.

What is the warranty on installations / workmanship by authorized installers?

Installers certified by us may offer a workmanship warranty of X months, subject to conditions.

Can I rebrand / white-label products?

Depends on the product and brand. Some OEM/ODM solutions may allow this, subject to minimum volumes and branding approval. Contact our product development team.

What about software licenses / subscription costs?

Some products (e.g. cloud storage, VMS software, facial recognition modules) may involve license costs or subscription fees. These are separate from hardware costs. Clarify valid period, renewal fees.
